Metal Sculpture: A Reflection of Childhood’s Shadows

Forged from raw steel and fire, my metal sculptures are the physical manifestation of a deeply personal watercolor series, an artistic tribute to the wounds of childhood and the silent ways they shape our faces, our interactions, and the masks we wear.

Each sculpture captures the distortion left by past experiences, the unspoken pain that lingers in our expressions, bending and twisting the human form like memories etched into flesh and bone. The angular lines, exaggerated features, and fragmented compositions reflect the emotional weight carried through time, an attempt to make the intangible visible, to give form to the invisible scars that mold our identities.

These sculptures are not just objects; they are confessions in metal, frozen echoes of resilience and survival. They invite the viewer to look beyond the surface, to recognize the warping effects of early pain, and to question how much of what we present to the world is truly our own or merely a consequence of what was done to us.
